The 2nd International Conference on Information Science and Engineering (ICISE2010) will be held from Dec 3th to 5th, 2010 in Hangzhou, China. ICISE 2010 aims to provide a high-level international forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss recent advances and new techniques in information processing technology.
